Arrow Microsoft Windows Xp Re-install (help Please)

[ HI CAN SOMEONE GUIDE ME PLEASE:: I HAVE JUST PURCHASED ON EBAY A CD (ULTIMATE BOOT) IT SAYS INSTALL BACK INTO WINDOWS + A MILLION OTHER TOOLS MY QUESTION IS ( WHEN I PUT THE DISK INTO MY PC:: WHICH TOOL DO I CLICK ON TO RE-INSTALL MY WINDOWS XP)?? THANKING ANYONE IN ANTICIPATION OF YOUR GUIDANCE
