Default How to restrict WEB pages

I wan't to restrict my 11 yrs old kid from getting into XXX and SEX web
pages.
How can I do that, based on part of the page name ?
Trying to put the XXX or SEX as "Never" pages in the "Approved sites" option
under the "Content" tab in the internet setting didn't do the trick.
Also couldn't figure how to use the "Rating" option there.
Is there other good (And free if possible) for this ?

Thanks,
Tal

"Black Hole" them. Add entry:

127.0.0.1 XXX-web-site.com

in hosts file. You can get a pre-made hosts file with a bunch of crappy
sites blocked:

Norton Internet Security. (Yahoo images search still works though) You
could install something like Desktop Surveillance. Sometimes just
knowing you are being recorded is enough.

Gotta go...

["Followup-To:" header set to comp.os.ms-windows.networking.misc.]

Install a filtering proxy, eg "privoxy" (http://www.privoxy.org) and tell
it to block the words you don not wish to allow.
