i am having a problem with doing a recoveryusing recovery cd's with windows xp everytime i try it tells me files cant be copied and freezes up can anyone please help me?
Did you have any viruses in the past? That might be the cause of it. Some nasty viruses corrupt your restore files, which are needed to restore your computer to a previous point. I think you should check for viruses and make sure the system restore files aren't corrupt :)
