Transferring content of My Documents to another Drive

My computer uses Windows XP Prof with SP2, and has plenty of Hard Drive space.

I have a 15.7 GB partition labeled the C:\ drive acting as my boot section with only Windows and Documents and Settings on it, and only 2.4 Gb remain unused on it. I only sign on the system as the Administrator (Always no exceptions)
The folder Documents and Settings uses up 6.64 GB, of which the folder within it labeled LocalService NT AUTHORITY uses 6.15 GB.
I make sure that all installations of any program goes into Drive D: a separate partition.
If you right click on "My Documents" and then properties you will note that you can move this area into another folder anywhere else on the computer.
I tired this step but it only opens up a new folder with the basic files, and doesn't solve my need for more space.
Question: How can I reduce the size of Documents and Settings which occupies 6.64 Gb by eliminating or transferring the LocalService NT AUTHORITY folder within Documents and Settings as it uses 6.15 GB???

Any Help!!!

Respectfully,

Gentlemen:

For all those interested.

I found the solution:

Under C:\Documents and settings\all Users.Windows\Appilcation data\Microsoft\Dr. Watson is the culprit. Its log file used 6.4 Gb of the problem.

I deleted this log file, and problem solved.

Thanks to all

Dear Chris:

I repaired the WIndows XP Prof twice, and since adding SP2 everything is working well.

I never checked the Dr. Watson.log file, but now I will examine it periodically.

My only reason for looking for a solution here was that I allowed but a 16 GB partition thinking that windows would not need any more, and I overlooked that Documents and Settings would consume so much space. Now I know.

Thanks for reply.

The documents and settings folder can be quite complex..it can contain various data about all your programs, and that can grow quite in size.. I always try to minimalise the junk in those folders :)
