Please can some one help us! Recently every time we use internet explorer we get a page saying cannot find the server.

Also when we try to do system restore we get a pop up box saying system restore has been turned of by group policy and we must contact our domain administrater.

Do you have a limited account? I don't think limited accounts can restore the system to a previous restore point (I may be wrong). Ask the person who is the Administrator for the computer you are using.
