Class-Action lawsuit, first of it's kind

I had not heard of this before but appearantly California thinks that Microsoft is overcharging for their products and thus has made it give 13 million vouchers to Californians.

What I found funny about this though is this:
Quote:
Microsoft agreed to pay vouchers to 13 million California businesses and consumers, with any unclaimed amount going to the state's school system.
Here's the article: http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1104_2-521...=zdfd.newsfeed

The article is aimed more towards what Microsoft calls absurd legal fees (upwards of $3000+ an hour).

That's pretty cool that California would do something like that... and WIN. I'm not surprised that they would do it, but I'm very surprised that that would win. Microsoft was proved in court not to be a monopoly, so they should be able to set whatever prices they would like.

Ya, hopefully Apple is next as I think they overcharge to a far higher level ;).
