 System hang after installing roxio.
Hello everyone!
Man I had a hard time finding you again. I was not aware that you were under a differnet name. Recently, my son received his masters degree in physical therapy and has now opened his clinic. Last week one of his employees installed the roxio cd creator version 5 in to a dell computer running a pentium 4, and windows xp. For some reason, when the system is re booted, it just hangs. The green start button does not appear at all. I am trying to get access to the add/remove, or system restore programs to delete this bad program. I have tried it several times, but no luck. This is a relatively new computer. Patient info and all day to day procedures hang in the balance. Any help you can provide, will be greatly appreciated.
