For apache I read "Apache Administrators Handbook" for everything else I RTFM or I search the web, or as a last resort ask on a forum.

The web is really the ultimate resource. There hasn't been a problem I haven't been able to research and solve using the web.

I generally just searched the web and found a resolution. If it was something pretty specific I would post and ask on a forum like this one.

I find out myself usually, google answers 90% of my questions :P. If they don't, then I resort to forums and I get help there. Gotta love the internet
