Have you ever been on the cambridge diet did you get to your target weight?

Hi all well starte my cambridge diet yesterday im on day 2 now. . . i had the bana shake for breakfast which was lovely tried the butterscotch for lunch not so keen yet i love butterscotch angel delight and for tea i had leek and patato it was ok but a very strong taste and a little powdery. had little bit of headached but the shakes seems to be filling me up nicely im doing SS sole source of 3 shakes a day for the next 12 weeks. has anybody else been on the diet and what was your favourite flavours you most liked? xx

Yes, I lost 11 stone on the Cambridge diet 2 years ago. It changed my life. I'm not saying that it's all been easy, but I've kept most of it off. Hang in there! Have you tried the new porridge?
