Hello

I have suse 8.2 and I want to know how can I see ntfs part~s?
I use kernel 2.4 compiled by modules.can u help me?
what about slackware 8.0 or hier?

If you have to module already then you should be able to do "insmod <module file name>" as root and it should load. You can check to see if it loade by doing "lsmod"

thanks.at insmod to <module file name> what file to put?
and about slackware?or this does not mather?

actually try this:

"modprobe ntfs"

then do "lsmod" to see if it was loaded up correctly.

It should be the same for previous versions of slackware.

I just recently switch mu OS to open SUSE.
I need some tips and suggestions from you guys because I really don't have knowledge in this OS.Basics would be ok for now.
