Have you looked on CD2? According to pin

../CD2/suse/src/kdevelop3-2.1.5-59.src.rpm: -rw-r--r--
root root 956225 Mar 13 16:43 c_cpp_reference-2.0.tar.bz2

../CD2/suse/src/kdevelop3-2.1.5-59.src.rpm: -rw-r--r--
root root 739701 Mar 13 16:43 c_cpp_reference.dif

For what it's worth kdevelop works fine here (SuSE 9.0) installed from
the dvd.

kdevelop 3 is on CD3 here. This implies that we did not all get the same
distro. If you've got the files, you probably have a later distro.

The command:
rpm -qs kdevelop3 | grep cpp
gets:
normal /opt/kde3/share/apps/kdevelop/templates/cpp.tar.gz
normal /opt/kde3/share/apps/kdevelop/templates/cpp_template

but not the files I want. Qt3 is installed but does not contain its docs.

My KDevelop abuser manuals actually tell you to go & get it from the web.
The only problem is that they are not where they claim. Even a search of
www.kdevelop.org does not reveal a copy. You would have to be thorough to
STOP a copy being found there somewhere.

The clock is miss-set because after several re-installs I don't care till I
solve kdevelop/qt, which is the reason I went Linux.
