devfsadm running.

I have an E220R (1x450) running Solaris 8 MU3 and Disksuite (not sure if it
is 4.2.1) Occasionally I see devfsadm running, consuming about 4% of the
CPU. Is it's running related to SDS? I have only noticed this recently
and it is somewhat troubling since I thought it was for adding/removing
device entries. The machine has been running for days and I am not using
fssnap.

Any input would be appreciated.

Tom.
