Destinator 3 on Fujitsu Loox 610 Problem !!!

Hello NG

My destinator 3 software cant se that there is an GPS connected on COM6.
The auto gps find function does not find anything.
I have a TTY program installed on the PDA and data is flowing fine from the
gps to the PDA...

Anybody got an idea as to what could be the problem. !!!!!!

Yes i am in contact with destinator hotline but they havent been able to
help so far.

Do you have a choice to select SIRF Binary or NMEA in the setup options?
Baudrates?

It is set to Nmea, the destinator hotline told me to, but destinator has an
GPS find function everrything has been tryed.

Yes the TTy app. is not running while running the destinator app.
Nothing else is, i've even made a cold start of the PDA, nothing helps.

Is there an general problem running gps software on Fujitsu PDA's, my friend
has got an Loox 600 and he has the same problem with destinator 3, PPC 2003
is on both.

Are U using wireless (Bluetooth) connection or wireful one?
In case of Bluetooth, please check that you have Access Serial Ports and
Share Serial Ports options _allowed_
(settings of Pocket Plugfree)

I suspect the problem is more likely Destinator than Fujitsu. Have you
tried connecting with the GPS in SiRF mode?
