It's hardly arogant to tell someone how they could have
found the answer to their question by themselves, quicker
than posting multiple messages and waiting for an answer,
and to point them to a resource that would(hopefully) educate
them how to make better use of Usenet, so that when they
next have a question they will both maximize the possibility
of getting the information they want.
