i ahve problem with sudo command. i want to give user jane sudo permission.
so as root, i edit the file as" visudo" and add the line jane:ALL:(ALL) ALL
but when jane wants to use sudo cmmand , it says user jane is not permitted this operation.

what else i need to do ? please help me. it is red hat 9.0 linux in my machine.
