Default Microsoft VM

Hi all
So, I have an issue.
Why is it that on some of our Windows 2000 machines we have Microsoft VM and on some we don't.
(All the installations are done the same way and all configurations of OS and IE is scripted.)
The reason this question came about is that we have some old web applications that has not yet been changed.
These old webapps require Microsoft VM JIT compiler, they don't work with SunJava.
So when I look at our machines I find that some have JIT compiler and some don't.
Does anyone know how to get this old Microsoft VM, because MS don't have it on their site.
(I know they are not allowed to have it any more).
If anyone recognise this I would be very happy for an answer.
(If the answer is to rebuild the webapps we have started that, but we still need the old to function.)
Thanks
