format c:\

I installes Windows XP to upgrade Windows ME. The
enormous quantity of not-working hardware and sofware,
made me decide to format my pc and install XP on a frsh
computer. But how can I do that. Has anybody an answer.

Hi,

If you did not use the option to backup the existing system, or no longer
have the uninstall option, you will need to completely remove WinXP and
start over. This can help:

Change your motherboard bios to let you boot from the XP cd. You can then
format your disk and do a clean install.

You boot from the CD and do a clean install.
