uPnPFramework.exe error

I am getting this error whenever I shut down my Sony Vaio. It's running XP Professional, Version 2002 w/Service Pack 1. All XP and Office 2003 updates are done. I have 1.9 GHz, 512 MB of RAM, and with the exception of this error AND a possible result,
it runs flawlessly.

What I believe is the result of this error is that whenever the USB-connected Logitech keyboard and optical mouse are disconnected from my laptop, whether that means taking the machine out of the replicator or just removing the USB cable, I cannot get the
m to reconnect without rebooting the machine. I cannot find any issues relating to this through Logitech, and the other Vaio in the office, an exact duplicate, does not have either issue (shutdown error or reconnecting USB).

The error says that there is a uPnPFramework.exe Application error and references 0x800000003. It's always the same, and it always happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Having to reboot each time is getting to be rather annoying.
