Stop:c0000139 error message

Recently I uninstalled xp hot fixes and wen i rebooted my computer i could not login to windows, instead i am getting the following error message in blue screen... tried to press f8 and options safe mode, enable boot logging, last known good configuration
, debugging mode, and reboot mode (with XP disc in the computer) but getting the same error message... may be i could have deleted service pack by mistake..?
any one can help me ?.

Stop:C0000139 {Entry point not found}
This procedure entrypoint uuidtostringw could not be located in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.dll

I resolved this by doing a repair and using the recovery console. At the command prompt I overwrote the RPCRT4.dll with one I copied to a floppy from a working install. Upon rebooting, the issue was resolved. I did not have to perform a repair install. It took less than 10 minutes.
