Get Explorer close error whenever right clicking MP3 files

This only happens with some users on a machine. Other
users are fine. All new users on the machine get this.
Tryed copying the profile of a working user to replace
the "bad" user, but no luck. Same problem. Anyone seen
this and have a clue?
