Default Goofy security settings, or ?

Suddenly having trouble viewing some previously available websites,
wondering if it's my security settings or what? Have gone to "default"
setting in security, privacy and "advanced" tabs, cleared my cookies and
Temp Internet files, but it persists.

Trying to visit www.mypoints.com the site is essentially not navigable and
I get this line repeated several times across the top and body of the page:
"dynaCore.f_fetchObjectContent: oracle error: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not
find program unit being called "

Also, www.classmates.com won't open period, I get that MSN "search" page
saying it can't find the page.

I am able to connect to my bank's secure online banking page, and MSMONEY
works fine too.

Using IE6, version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633, 128 bit cipher strength.

Any thoughts? Thanks,

Harry
