Try this...
Go into Internet Explorer. Click Tools, then Internet
Options, then Fonts. Make sure the "Language Script" is
Latin based, the "Web page font" is Times New Roman, and
the "Plain text font" is Courier New.
I don't know what "Shareaza" is, so I can't comment on
that problem...
