Default Error message on boot-up

Posted this two hours ago, but don't see it so here goes again:

On boot-up of WinXP Pro, I get the following error message:

CWindow Controller
Shell_NotifyIcon NIM_ADD failed

What does it mean, and what should I do about it?

Thanks,
Stan

You might want to see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];319008 if you have a
UMAX VistaScan scanner installed.
