Angry Epson Fiery RIP Station Print Server issues

I have an issue with a mac here... I have a Epson Stylus PRO 7000 printer that has to go through a print server.

The printserver is a Epson Fiery RIP Station 5100.
The latest drivers work with OS9 and I only have OS10.

I had a friend that got help from somebody and somehow got OS10 to talk to the printserver ( I guess by forcing the OS9 driver to load somehow) and everything worked fine until a friend decided that he had to cancel a print job and instead of canceling the print job, deleted the print driver. I have no idea how he got it to work and there is no way I can contact him. Is there anyone that can help me figure out how to force the driver to load or does anyone has some other solution?

Epson Fiery RIP Server

You need to use the print driver provided directly from the print server. Use a web browser (Internet Explorer works best) to access your RIP Station Print Server. From the Web Tools window select Installers then select Macintosh. The server gives you a .sea which I could decompress only on a classic 9 system (or your OS X sytem with classic 9 running). Do not run the installer that is inside the .sea file. Just copy the Fiery driver to your harddrive: I put mine at :Macintosh HD/Library/Printers/PPD's/Contents/Resources. Then set up the printer when asked to select driver, select other and use the Fiery driver you copied to your harddrive. Do not use the drivers provided by OS X unless your computer is directly connected to the printer (no print server). I hope this helps.
