by downloading file, server reset error

Hi all,

I got the most weird problem

I got a customer renting some webspace and got 2 files public for
downloading
the second file is bigger then the first
The customer got a slow (56k) connection, and every time when he download
the first file he got at 60% a error from IE that the server has been reset
When he downloads the second file (the bigger one), all goes well
The first file is not corrupted or any kind, and is runable
We got some time-outs during the connection, you can think of 1 time out per
minute, but since the second file downloads perfectly i dont think thats the
problem
We tried uploading the file multiple times, and of course we download both
files many times

Im using Windows 2003 server web edition with of course IIS 6
The Time-out in IIS has been set to 300 seconds...

Any thanks for helping,

Marcel Heinrichs
