Default Info need

Does anyone know if cablevision of nyc hdtv channels
fit in the screen using the 4:3 ratio? will the standard definition fit as
normal for that screen size, and will the hd programs fit also with stretch
or zoom? Can there box do this automaticaly? also do you lose much with
the stretch feature? and what is the difference between stretch and zoom.
Would appreciate some input. Thanks. {{RDS}}
