I am using the "Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0" to
3DES encrypt data on a Pocket PC 2002 device. I am then trying to decrypt the data on a Windows 2000 workstation using the "Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0" and consistently receive NTE_BAD_DATA error. If I encrypt the data on the workstation and attempt to decrypt it on the Pocket PC I receive the same error. I can however encrypt and decrypt the data directly on either system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

As I remember Cryptographic in the Windows never been compatible between different versions ( windows versions ). That's the reason why it's not used at all. -- Pavel Sokolov http://crea7or.livejournal.com |
