Default NIS upgrade: Keep settings?

Hi folks,

I'd like to upgrade from NIS 2002 to NIS 2004 (here: Win2000).
I flipped through any kind of documentation (printed, .hlp, .chm,
WebSite-FAQ, etc.), and couldn't find any hint on how to retain the
settings I made to the old version.

The only thing the documentation says, I have to de-install any older
version before installing the new one - great! What makes this
hilarious is the fact that it is called "Upgrade" (cheaper than full
version)...

The only file I found is "Internet Security\Factory.dat", but that has
just a few lines. I'd like to keep all the firewall settings,
remembering the programs accessing the Internet, inbound or outbound.

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance!
Klaus.
