RE: PDF files

Hi Annette,

It will be appreciated you can tell me more information regarding this
issue. What OS your server is running on, how does the user visit the pdf,
downlaod it by clicking one static link or be redirected to the pdf file.
Is the web site built by asp.net or asp or only static files(html, gif)?
Thank you for these information!

Furthermore, you can also create one html file with only one link to this
pdf file. Then please visit this page and test this pdf in two methods:
1) click directly for this pdf file, this way, at client side, Acrobat
reader will be called to handle this pdf file and display it in most
scenarios.
2) right click this link and select "Save Target as..." to download this
PDF file.

If you can successfully download this pdf file and this file can be opened
smoothly at client, this means IIS can serve this pdf file very well.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for using Microsoft NewsGroup!
